Students Military Training Section

The section takes charge of the planning and pursuing of national defense education and helps maintain students’ safety on and off the campus.

Service items:

  • Providing national defense education.
  • Preparing students for preparatory officer examination.
  • Helping students at conscription apply for deferment.
  • Maintaining campus safety
  • Undergoing Chunhui education (including controlling of harmful effects of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, betel nuts and AIDS prevention).

Physical Education and Health & Hygiene Section

The Section takes the responsibility of planning physical activities and competitions at campus, arranging physical examination both for school employees and students.

Service items:

  • Arranging medical checkup and tracing.
  • Operating treatment of emergency injuries at campus.
  • Promoting sanitary education.
  • Managing sports grounds and sports equipment.
  • Supervising Labor Service Education and evaluating the performance.

Extra Curricular Activities Guidance Section

The main task of the section is to offer aid and support to students for planning extra-curricular activities and help students’ organization run smoothly and develop prosperously.

Service items:

  • Assisting independent student organizations and associations.
  • Regulating students’ scholarship application
  • Supervising the issuance of scholarships, grants to students who need help to continue their study.
  • Planning and holding symposiums for student club/organization leaders.
  • Providing group training for student club executives.
  • Handling matters relating to the class teacher performance evaluation
  • Processing student loans and reduction/exemption of tuition and fees.

Living Guidance Section

The goal of this section is to help students with their problems of everyday life on and off campus.

Service items:

  • Providing students with accommodation guidance.
  • Promoting safety and protection education.
  • Handling student’s leave requests
  • Helping solve student traffic accidents.
  • Processing the evaluation, commendation of student conduct.
  • Organizing orientation for freshmen.
  • Handling with students’ emergency cases.
  • Managing Student Dormitory affairs

At the center, we offer individual counseling, group counseling and various tests which help students to discover their interests and to develop their potential.

In addition, under the roof of the counseling center there is a Learning Resource Unit which helps mentally/physically disabled students to solve their learning problems or to adjust themselves to the school environment.

Service Learning Center

At the center, the purpose is set to provide our students with trainings that will enable our students to respond to the complexity of social reality by reaching out to the community, especially the need and the poor. At the center, activities are designed to encourage students to become involved in the community through service and civic engagement.
