制定之 AA1000AS v3 第 1 應用類型(Type 1)、中度保證級(The Moderate Assurance)

之標準，評估本報告符合 AA1000 Account Ability Principles (2018)的程度；即對揭

露資訊之包容性、重大性、回應性、衝擊性進行外部保證，BSI 獨立保證意見聲明
書，見附錄「第三方查證聲明書」。

1.4 外部倡議

中國科技大學除依循 GRI 永續性原則發行永續報告書之外，另倡議聯合國 17 項

永續發展目標(Sustainable Develepment Goals，SDGs)推行永續經營；亦響應身心障

礙者權利公約(Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, CRPD)，提倡瞭

解與尊重身心障礙者，並參採美國 International WELL Building Institute (IWBI)於

2014 年發佈 WELL 健康建築標準(WELL Building Standard)，以透過建築環境改善

使用者健康與保健為目標，遵循國際人權宣言、里山倡議等平等、永續目標。
